Please fill in this form before 12. February 2010 if you'd like to reserve either one or two tables because:

  • You have resources - curriculum units, manuals, home qualifying materials, manuals translated into other languages, CDs, tapes, books - that you would like to offer on sale to others.
  • You have pictures, reports, posters, testimonies, videos, presentations and other forms of communication that would represent your ministry to others.

Please note the following:
Come prepared with signs and any other forms of advertisement you will need. We may not be able to provide the materials necessary for making them.

Please be aware that you would have to bring your own Audio/video equipment.

Make sure to follow all relevant national guidelines (in the nation where you reside AND the nation of the individual resource's origin) for copywriting or proper acknowledgment of authorship for any materials you may be selling, particularly if they are not authored by you nor anyone in your local ministry. We want to maintain our integrity and good name by adhering to accepted permission guidelines.

Although we are hoping to have continual access to a photocopier, do not assume you will be able to copy your resources after you arrive. We will try to accommodate resource copy needs, but charges will be levied for copies made.
