Here are a few instructions:

  • Please fill in and complete the following information.
  • When you have finalized your travel arrangements, please complete the Travel Information Form to send us your arrival and departure details.
  • If you would like to sponsor another leader and enable him or her to attend the ILA by giving to our sponsorship fund, please complete the Sponsorship Form.
  • If you have resources - curriculum units, manuals, home qualifying materials, manuals translated into other languages, CDs, tapes, books - that you would like to offer for sale to others, or if you have pictures, reports, posters, testimonies, videos, presentations and other forms of communication that would represent your ministry to others, please complete the Resource Table and Exhibit Form by February 12.

2. Please inform the ILA Registrar if the Brazilian Embassy nearest you requires this letter of confirmation. If necessary, The letter of hotel reservation/confirmation could be mailed, faxed (you must include a fax number within the Personal Information above!) or emailed to you directly. Deadline: 12. December 2009.

3. In order to obtain a letter of invitation or hotel reservation/confirmation to submit to the embassy, please fill in the following additional questions for each person :

4. To obtain proof or confirmation of your round-trip travel to and from Brazil, please consult your travel agency or respective airline company.

5. After fully and accurately completing your application and collecting other requirements, submit them to the nearest Brazilian consulate or embassy, either in person or by mail. Processing time depends on your location, so please begin early.

  • All accommodation and meals before dinner March 8 and after breakfast March 18 need to be arranged with and paid directly to the hotel.
