Transportation:

For your travel arrangements, the closest airport will be São Paulo-Guarulhos International Airport. The airport code is GRU. The hotel will provide transportation for the ILT/ILA participants from the São Paulo-Guarulhos International Airport to the hotel which will be included in the ILA fees. Participants will perhaps have to wait for a certain amount of people to arrive so that their bus will be full to bring them to the hotel. The drive from the airport to the hotel is approximately 2 hours.

Costs:

International Leadership Assembly, March 12 - 17

The costs include approximately $40.- USD per person per day + Assembly Fees. The Assembly fees have been categorized according to the University of the Nations reference guide 2000. To discover which category you belong, please download the UofN International Financial Scale in Adobe Acrobat Reader format (*.pdf). Therefore, here is a summary of the ILA costs:

• Category A: $240.- (Daily costs) + $100.- USD (Assembly Fees) = $340.- USD
• Category B: $240.- (Daily costs) + $80.- USD (Assembly Fees) = $320.- USD
• Category C: $240.- (Daily costs) + $50.- USD (Assembly Fees) = $290.- USD

Registration:

Obligatory for all those planning to attend the ILT and ILA:

• Please fill in and complete the Registration and Financial Information Form
• When you have finalized your travel arrangements, please complete the Travel Information Form to send us your arrival and departure details.

Optional:

• If you would like to sponsor another leader and enable him or her to attend the ILA by giving to our sponsorship fund, please complete the Sponsorship Form.
• If you have resources - curriculum units, manuals, home qualifying materials, manuals translated into other languages, CDs, tapes, books - that you would like to offer on sale to others, or if you have pictures, reports, posters, testimonies, videos, presentations and other forms of communication that would represent your ministry to others, please complete the Resource Table and Exhibit Form.
